    A version for the TI-84 Plus CE is actually not available yet. The reason for this is Doors, the application on which the TI-84+ C Silver version relies, has not yet been updated to be compatible with the TI-84+ CE. When the latest version of Doors (version 9) is available, please try launching the software again using Doors 9. You can stay apprised of the latest information on Doors 9 by following this thread: https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11997
